IN MEMORY OF Delilah-Rose

A Big Thank you to Adele Tomb and her colleagues at Maurice Bradley MLA for their fundraising efforts All together raising an amazing £500.

Every year the office of Maurice Bradley MLA, where Delilah-Rose’s Grandmother works, selects a charity for its Christmas raffle.  This year NEC UK was chosen in Delilah-Rose’s memory.

Delilah-Rose was born on 11th September 2023.  The whole family were so happy and full of excitement for the future.  By the next day Delilah-Rose taken seriously ill with the bowel condition Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC).  Delilah-Rose was transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital for emergency surgery.

Despite the amazing efforts of the staff in Belfast, she sadly passed away on the 15th of September 2023. Delilah-Rose made an enormous impact in the brief time she was with us and will never be forgotten by her Mummy and Daddy, Amber and Joseph, and the Tomb and Maybin families. Delilah-Rose’s family share ‘her spirit is with us, and her energy drives us to raise awareness and funds towards research for this awful disease’.
